Read my guide carefully, I advice you to pick Werner only if you don't have Europa, am not sure why they like to pretend newbie has much choice if they don't have Tia Europa. In before you say I'm biased toward Werner (because some fools in Official Discord call me so) - Nope, I didn't. That's the reason why I prefer this tier list instead in my guide, it make by 'Challenger' players, and there only one thing I disagree with this tier list - I don't get why Asin rated SS in Adventure and 'Very High' in PvE. Example like - Arme Ley Mari Veigas damage are rated same tier with Nelia?
There so many SR tier, SR everywhere, too much SR, when in fact they are not in the same tier with meta units. Somehow Ley, who also weak in single target, rated SR tier? Veigas rated S tier in single target, legit, no problem, but wait. Io - which has the worst single target damage, somehow rated S tier, while Werner has B tier? You sure it's not the other way around? Also, the Werner rating look so outdated, or just biased. This one really interesting, very interesting. Sieghart, who completely useless in PvP defense ever since Lime receive her CS, rated SR tier?
There so many flaws in this tier list that I can't stand reading it, I will just point out some obvious one:
